A moment to celebrate, once in a lifetime.
For the first time, Lore is presenting a collection like this: three coffees from one extraordinary farm, each offering a distinct expression of Colombian coffee.
The Paraíso Collection brings together three varieties and three approaches to processing, creating an opportunity to experience how these elements shape the character of a coffee. Tasted together, the collection becomes a study in contrast, nuance, and expression.

One Farm. Three Expressions.
Finca El Paraíso began in 2012 as a small family project in Colombia. It was not an inherited coffee tradition. The family behind the farm came to coffee without generations of established practices behind them, and because of that, they were willing to question what had already been done.
Rather than simply producing coffee, they wanted to understand it. That curiosity became the foundation of the farm. They began experimenting with varieties such as Geisha, Bourbon, and Laurina while studying microbiology, fermentation, enzymatic control, and aromatic precursors. Over time, Finca El Paraíso developed its own methods and technology, including yeast-mediated fermentation, Thermal Shock, and specialized drying systems.
Their work is centered on precision and understanding: learning how variety, cultivation, fermentation, and processing interact to reveal what is already present within the coffee.
Today, Finca El Paraíso has become an internationally recognized name in specialty coffee, with coffees reaching more than 86 countries and relationships with more than 300 clients worldwide. The farm has built its reputation through a continual pursuit of understanding, experimentation, and exceptional coffee.

The Paraíso Collection offers a chance to experience that philosophy in three very different cups.

The Rare
SUDÁN RUMÉ · WASHED
Sudán Rumé is an exceptionally scarce variety, it traces its origins to the Boma Plateau of present-day South Sudan, near the Ethiopian border. It comes from one of the few remaining wild populations of Coffea arabica outside Ethiopia. The plants are delicate, low-producing, and vulnerable to pests, making successful production difficult even under ideal conditions.
At Finca El Paraíso, this was the farm's only lot of the variety in the past year. Lore received the only allocation sent to the United States, with another small allocation going to Switzerland.
MELON · LYCHEE · PIÑA COLADA

The Experimental
PINK BOURBON · THERMAL SHOCK WASHED
Pink Bourbon is known for its expressive fruit and floral character. At Finca El Paraíso, the variety is paired with the farm's signature fermentation and Thermal Shock techniques, creating a carefully controlled expression of the coffee.
PEACH · WHITE TEA · FLORALS · ROSE BOTANICALS

The Familiar
CASTILLO · NATURAL
Castillo is one of Colombia's most widely planted varieties, valued for its productivity and resilience. At Finca El Paraíso, it is given the same careful attention as the farm's rarest varieties, allowing the character of a familiar Colombian coffee to take on a distinctly expressive form.
RASPBERRY · DARK CHERRY · ORANGE BLOSSOM

A Collection Designed to Be Tasted Together
The Paraíso Collection is ultimately about experiencing coffee in context.
Three varieties. Three approaches to processing. Three expressions from the same farm.
Taste them side by side and notice the differences. How does the variety shape the cup? What does processing reveal? How does the character of the farm carry through each coffee?
This is what makes the collection unique. It is not simply an assortment of exceptional coffees, but a rare opportunity to experience the range of one remarkable farm through three distinct perspectives.
Finca El Paraíso was built by questioning convention and pursuing a deeper understanding of coffee. The Paraíso Collection brings that philosophy directly to the cup. Try yours here.
Three lots. One farm. A moment to celebrate, once in a lifetime.
