What is your roasting and production schedule?
We roast to order every Monday, processing all orders placed before 9 AM PST that day. Once roasted, orders are packed and shipped by the end of Tuesday. Orders placed after the cutoff are usually roasted the following Monday. However, we often roast extra to anticipate regular orders, so your coffee might still ship later in the week if it's available!
How can I edit my subscription?
You can edit your subscription through the link emailed to you when you start your plan. Lost the email? No problem—just let us know, and we’ll resend it in a snap!
