A rotating release of our seasonal single origins and rare Vault coffees. Each month we roast a curated lineup featuring our Notable Origins and limited selections from The Vault.
Choose how deep you'd like to go:
- Notable Origins (2 bags): Two selections from our rotating Notable Origins lineup. Exceptional seasonal coffees sourced throughout the year.
- Origins + Vault (2 bags): One Notable Origin and one Vault selection. A balance of outstanding seasonal coffees and one rare release.
- Vault Access (2 bags): Two coffees from The Vault. Our rarest and most exceptional lots.
- The Full Release (4 bags): Two Notable Origins and two Vault coffees. The complete monthly lineup.
Each season we feature standout coffees, offering a rotating taste of the finest lots we can source. This subscription is designed for those who enjoy discovering rare and remarkable coffees. While we strive to great lengths for richness and variety, some exceptional coffees may remain in rotation for an extended season.
How it works
- Subscription renewals are charged on the 21st of each month.
- Orders placed after the 21st will begin with the following month’s release.
- Coffee is roasted at the end of the month and ships the following Thursday.
Your first shipment will arrive with the next monthly roast after your subscription begins, depending on the timing of your order.

FAQs
What is your roasting and production schedule?
We roast to order every Wednesday, processing all orders placed before 9:00 AM PST that day. Once roasted, orders are packed and shipped by the end of Thursday.
Retail orders placed after the Wednesday morning cutoff are usually roasted the following week. However, we often roast extra to cushion in your regular orders, so if your coffee is available, it may still ship in the week!
Grinding Schedule: All ground coffee is ground to order just before shipping, so you can be assured your coffee has arrived as fresh as possible.
How can I edit my subscription?
