Grown organically by smallholder farmers in Mexico’s southern highlands, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process—a gentle, chemical-free method that uses only water, temperature, and time to remove 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the bean’s original character and sweetness. Unlike conventional decaf methods that rely on harsh solvents, Swiss Water maintains the integrity of the coffee from start to finish.
