The Bridge is the culmination of our effort to bring approachable specialty coffee to those who haven’t yet experienced our craft. It’s our invitation—to step beyond mass-produced, over-roasted coffee and into a world where coffee tastes exceptional without additives.
Why We Started The Bridge Project
Most coffee drinkers have been conditioned to expect dark, nutty, and smoky flavors, often masked with cream and sugar to make them drinkable. While there’s nothing wrong with adding to your coffee, we believe it shouldn’t be something you have to do—it should be a choice.
We created The Bridge to change that. By sourcing high-grade coffee from farmers who prioritize sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation, we’ve built a blend that delivers depth, sweetness, and balance—all on its own.
What’s in the Blend?
The Bridge is a blend of two organically grown coffees from the Central and South Americas. Sticking to tradition, we also chose these coffees a washed process at the farm, ensuring clarity and consistency in the cup. At Lore HQ, we Nordic roast them to a medium level, bringing out:
