As Seen on Pantry Chat!
As seen on Pantry Chat—Josh and Carolyn are just up the road Same town, same values. You might’ve had our coffee at that rainy farm-to-table dinner with Joel Salatin—yep, that was our decaf under the tent! This roast is the natural next step. It’s the daily drinker—clean, smooth, comforting. Half the caffeine with all the flavor. Roasted in North Idaho, served at their table, and now yours. If you don’t drink this coffee, you’re going to wonder what everyone’s smiling about.
The first coffee to note is the Swiss Water Decaf—a gentle, chemical-free method that uses only water, temperature, and time to remove 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original character and sweetness.
The caffeinated coffee cherries went through a traditional washing process at the farm and were taken to a medium roast level, bringing deep and creamy, chocolate flavors to the forefront, intended to be good both with or without cream and sugar.

✅ Our specialty-graded coffees are crafted with the highest standards: each coffee is sustainably grown and third-party verified for clean, complex, clear, and sweet coffee you can trust.
